THE MANIPULATOR - DO YOU KNOW ONE?

"They work in silence to build a wall of obligations that we should have towards them. This wall ends up making you feel pressurized and forced to continue acting this way for them, although you wonder, at the back of your mind, how did it all come to this point.

A person with this type of personality acts as if he or she were really nice with others, but in fact they are mixing consideration with the need to be important to you.
When they do so, they do things for others that no one asked or wanted to be done, but this way, they ensure a link with the "favoured." Doing this "favour " to you, they expect you to give them something in return .

Another thing they usually do is to throw in your face all they have done for you and when will they have a return to such "goodwill " ....

They are too dependent and needy. They are the kind of people who do not feel comfortable in being themselves or in showing their own ideas and opinions. They end up hiding behind a mask of manipulation so you think you are dealing with a normal person; when in fact they are misleading you into supplying all their needs."

May God bless you,

  1. I believe avoiding processed foods is the first step for you to lose weight.
They may taste beneficial, but packaged foods have got
very little nutritional value, making you take in more
simply to have enough vigor to get throughout the day. When
you are constantly eating these foods, moving over to whole
grain products and other complex carbohydrates will aid you to have more energy while feeding on less.

  5. I together with my friends came looking at the great things on your web
site while instantly I had an awful feeling I never thanked
you for those strategies. All of the people happened to be
so happy to read through all of them and now have simply
been taking advantage of them. Many thanks for simply being simply thoughtful and also for getting this form of high-quality ideas most people are really eager to understand
about. Our own honest apologies for not saying thanks to earlier.
