Everyone who really wants to have their
life based on the principles of faith must ensure that he/she passes through
these five stages which are: Deliverance, Repentance, Conversion, Baptism with
the Holy Spirit, Being born of God.
1 1 Deliverance- This
is the first and one of the more important steps because nobody would build a
house without building a strong foundation first, basically when a person comes
to church he needs to fight (exercise his faith without limitations) to be free
from sickness, addiction, bad habits, conquering miracles, in other words,
having an experience with the power of God through faith. Otherwise this person will always be influenced
by demons; that’s why the person must be completely free.

2 Repentance- After
attending the church, doing the chains of prayer, the person will have the
chance to face the reality of their sinful ways. A truly repented person goes
for the water baptism because it brings death to the works of the flesh, it is
impossible for a person to go to the next stage without repentance of the
wrongs of the past, and the water baptism is the burying of the old self and
the birth of a new creature; through repentance the person takes a large step
towards conversion.
3 3 Conversion (Faithfulness) - Is the beginning of the most critical step, a person who is
converted has to be faithful and when a person is converted he/she walks in the
opposite direction of the world, in the opposite direction of their own will;
then if a person is walking in the direction of God he/she must be faithful in
life, especially in the tithe because it is a proof that he is faithful. There
are people when they reach conversion or when they start the process of
conversion sometimes the persecution that comes, the delay of the answers make
them to turn back; they are in the process of being converted, and when the
devil sees that they reach this stage he starts to get worried and bring things
(from the past, temptations, words of others etc) and because of the lack of
decision of many so they end up turning back from their path towards total
conversion
4 4 Baptism with the Holy Spirit - When a person passes through the stage of conversion he/she
gets baptized with the Holy Spirit and at this point the devil really comes
hard, their flesh comes hard because when a person receives the Holy Spirit it is
the beginning stage of being born of God, therefore their flesh will fight hard
against the spirit and that’s why it is important to feed the Holy Spirit in
order to overcome the flesh and overcome the devil. There’s one weapon that
neutralizes the power of the flesh and the influences of the world; that weapon
is called decision. At this point the person goes through many
battles inside because the idea of the devil is for the person to quench the Spirit
(1 Thessalonians 5:19) in order for them to lose it. The devil knows very well that after this
stage the person goes to the fifth stage which is the final one. In short when a
person is receives the Holy Spirit; the person needs to allow the Holy Spirit
to grow more inside of them, meaning he/she needs to fast more, pray more
against the flesh and resist its desires, meditate on the words of God in order
to feed the Holy Spirit. Is the Holy Spirit that leads the person to be born of
God.
5 5 Being born of God- This is the exclusive work of the Holy Spirit when He is given the
chance to grow and develop inside of a person.
It is not God, the Lord Jesus, the Church, the pastor nor family that
makes a person to be born of God; only the Holy Spirit can do that. The devil
does everything for the person not to reach this stage because when a person is
born of God the devil has really lost him, it is very, very difficult for such
a person to turn back as they would have already learned the importance of
maintaining oneself and being vigilant.
